Very disappointing experience with BL Fabric. I placed my order almost 10–15 days ago, but the product was never delivered. The delivery partner did not answer calls or respond at all, leaving me waiting endlessly without any updates.
There was absolutely no customer support from your side. No one contacted me to confirm availability or delivery status. Despite waiting patiently, my order was eventually returned without any proper communication.
What’s worse is that instead of resolving the issue, I was told to place the order again. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Time, trust, and customer experience clearly do not matter here.
I would not recommend BL Fabric to anyone base
