Received old used torn different types of dirty clothes instead of lehnga

Today team bl fabric have done fraud with me, they have delivered torn old used dirty cloth. After getting touch with customer support instead of solving my problem they asked me why I received it etc etc. It is highly irresponsible behavior. Refund my hard earned money asap. Find your loop hole why this happened to customer, doing this type of fraud to customer your business will shut down

I ordered this black lehnga, but today I received old used torn dirty clothes. There is a loop hole in the system when I contacted to customer care instead of solving this she asked me why u accepted this and so on.... today this fraud has done with me. Who is responsible for this. Kindly refund my hard earned money otherwise your business will crash
